milk and white chocolate chip cookies

well that wasn't a complete disater. the cookies were chewy in the inside and crispy on the outside, however, there was far too much cookie dough and after they had been in the oven for 5 minutes they all turned into the blob! luckily my spatula saved the day which resulted in a slightly square shaped cookie.

i didn't have any dark chocolate, which i love in cookies and muffins but we had lots of white and milk chocolate so i made a mix of the two. i wish they did have a more aesthetically pleasing appearance but they tasted so goooood i'm not really that bothered. YUM YUM.

if your going to use bbc's recipe, half the measurements unless you want 50 cookies or 25 sloppy one's like mine. also i didn't bother with the rolling in cling film because the mixture was so sticky so i just used two spoons to make blobs of cookie dough.

have fun cooking!
